WD Sharespace Drive problems

Here is the situation with my Sharespace.

  1. Drive #4 amber light on. Extended test using Lifeguard passes. Discovery shows “unassigned” and “failed”.
  2. Drive #3 amber light on. Smart test fails, Extended test passes. Discovery shows “assigned” and “failed”.
  3. Operating in “degraded” mode.
  4. Red light flashing.
  5. I have 2.5 GB of data on the drive which is still accessible.

What is going on?
