WD says RE4 drive has 5 year warranty, but check shows only 1 year

The WD RE4 spec page says that these drives carry a 5 year warranty, but when I check in the RMA tool, it shows the warranty expired after 1 year.

The drive is a WD RE4 model number WD4000FYYZ
The serial number is [DELETED]

Any thoughts before I reach out to support?
