When I start WD Smartware, I can see My Pc on the left and My Book + Dropbox on the right side, but I dont see My Cloud… Why?

Uninstall WD Smartware, unplug your MyBook;
Do you see the MyCloud on your network? Can you access the NAS UI with your browser? are the NAS shares operating correctly when you copy files to them, etc.? If yes,
Reinstall the latest version for Smartware. Does the problem subsists>
