WD Red RAID Setup Error - Windows 10

I recently purchased 2 WD Red 4TB HDD (WD40EFRX) in order to have a RAID 1 setup with these two drives. I have been unable to created a Mirrored Drive using the Windows 10 Disk Management tool as I get this error:

“All disks holding extents for a given volume must have the same sector size, and the sector size must be valid.”

From my investigation, this should only occur is the physical sector sizes are different, which can’t be the case as the drives should be the same.

Any ideas on how I can get this to work?

The youtube video suggested by flhthemi says absolutely nothing about the error in question. Completely irrelevant. Basically just shows how it works when all goes well.
