WD Red Pro NAS Drive - High pitched squeal

I have 6 of these 18 TB drives and one of them has constant high pitched squeal noise. It isn’t very loud but extremely prominent and migraine inducing. It is constant when the drive is awake and occurs in whatever enclosure I put it in. Rubber standoffs don’t help.

I’m not really sure if there is anything I can do but thought I would post here to find out.

Had one do the same thing and returned it.
