WD RE4 1TB detects as 750GB

Hi,

I have 2 unused 1TB RE4 {Deleted} SATA drives (Dated 10 Feb 2013) with zero hours on them - all seems fine except both detect as 750GB in the BIOS and subsequently in Windows as ~698GB.

This is on a standard Dell Optiplex 7010 PC with the latest BIOS. Trying on a different PC (also Dell 7010) but in a brand new external SATA to USB drive caddy reports the same. Running Crystal Disk Info gives the same drive specs as the BIOS.
