I’m trying to reformat my Passport drive and I get this message when I run the WD Quick Format app - “Your WD external drive is in use. Please close all open applications and try again”. The drive is connected to my PC and no applications on the drive are in use. Why am I getting this message, and how can I reformat the drive?
