WD Product and Support - 1/10

Bought my copy of WD Passport 1 TB. It had issues from dayone. The RMA replacement took it and returned me  the drive. The  forgot the cable. It is 2 months now and I havent lost my money on WDC. I should have also checked the support and followups before the product

Crappy Support

When an RMA is done, only the drive/device is to be returned and replaced.  You were meant to keep all your cables.  I apologize for any confusion.  However, you can use any standard USB A to Micro B cable as long as it’s 18 inches or less.
