Hello, I’m looking to pick up a WD PR4100 for Plex and surveillance but I’ve been hearing mixed reviews on the support from both Milestone and WD for surveillance. I was wondering if this had been resolved or if it’s still an ongoing issue? The latest info I could find on it was from January of this year. Thanks in advance!
The Milestone Arcus (now “Arcules”) app is no longer available for download for My Cloud products as it has gone under EOD (end of life). And Technical Support is no longer provided for existing Milestone Arcus installation and configurations. You may refer below link for more details:
