I’m sick and tired of losing access to my Netflix Instant Queue. I’ve had to go through the deactivate/reactivate cycle 3 times in the last few weeks. Fix the %$@^ thing!

Wow. What’s liable to happen? WD will refuse to fix things? WD will confiscate the player? WD will go into severe depression and stop making set-top players altogether?
There’s a lot of competition in this market, you know. WD make a pretty good player, reasonably priced, but they’re not the only game in town. There seems to be a lot of foot-dragging going on with the firmware updates.
