WD Please acknowledge the issues

I ask that you acknowledge the large issues in your latest firmware release.

My WDTV LIve Please is bricked for what I use it for.

Even worse I feel slapped in the face by the lack of acknowlement on WD’s side. As if you dont care to keep us in the loop of whats going on and what your doing to fix it.

A simple  “we are sorry of the inconvenience, teams are working to resolve this now. Expect a new firmware within the next few hours/days/weeks.” would do.

This is a device that at this time most tech savy people own. Tech savvy people don’t like to be out of the loop when their product gets broken by firmware.

We are working on the various issues. Sorry for the lack of communication, we’re busy trying to fix as much as possible.
