Hello!

I just started using the WD photos with My Book Live Duo,  

my problem with the application it is not updating the mobile gallery when a new photos added to the shared pictures on My Book Live Duo

do I have to delete the application from mobile every time and reinstall it again?

Any solution please, 

after trying many times searching for a solution it seems that there is limitation in folders numbers that can be read by the application WD photos, someone having this probleme?

I will research to verify if there’s a limit of folders allowed.

Edit:

The maximum directory depth is 5000 according to the article bellow.
