WD Photos "No Photos Found"

I too get a “No Photos Found” message on WD Photos.  I can access everything through WD2Go, but not in WD Photos.  I have tried all the suggestions made in the Forum, but none seem too work.  It seems that this is a persistent problem.  Can you please post a fix that works?

Hi, sometimes it takes a while for the library to update. If you have a My Book live/duo, you can also select the option to rescan the library.

Same problem  with wd photos on wd tv livew hub…no found photos.
