Wd photos stops syncing regulary. I need to reinstall the app to sync the unsynced media all the time. Any suggestions?

Are you using a static ip on the device? if not, please try that as this will give you a more steady conneciton.

What android device are you using?

Same problem here. App hasn’t updated content since Feb of this year. It will upload photos OK but nothing comes down.
Running Android 5.1.1
MyBook Live with the latest software.
