Hi, since I bought a new PC with windows 10, I have lost access to wd photos across all ipads and iphones. The app finds no photos in the public share. The Mycloud access works perfectly from all ipads and phones. I have deleted and restored the app and reauthorized the ipads ect, what have I missed, access to the desk top Mycloud is fine as well and the Mycloud is showing no faults, thanks if you can help

Are you able to use the app when you shut down the new computer? If so, your new computer is affecting your network.
