My second external WD is not opening in PC.
I tried in 3 more PC’s including a macbook without success.
Those PC’s recognize my WD Passport but after I put my password and he gives me an error and he doesn’t open.

I have very important information there.

Please somebody can help me, please?

I cannot miss those documents.

I connect my WD to my laptop and I see the Bitlocker to put my password. After I put my password to access, he stays thinking thinking and does not open… :confused:
