My Passport stopped working, cannot get it to start and cannot access files. Tried unplugging it, didn’t help. Uninstalled programs hoping it would act like a new drive, but did nothing. Went to Windows Backup, but not enough room on Passport, so I reformatted it. Where do I find the necessary drivers to download?

Go to device manager and look for the WD Passport Ultra external device and do right click on it and click on update driver software, you will automatically redirect to choose the option to update the driver software.
