WD Passport PRO fuld of “other”

Hi.

Recently I have started to have problems with my wireless PRO.
It doesn’t stream fluently anymore and freezes when streaming and so.

But a strange thing is that is is almost full of “other” files, 2,4TB of 3,0TB.
I can’t access it, I can’t see what it is or even delete it.

What to do?
