I have 3 tb wd my passport external drive and has no damage I have plugged it in a new pc after that it is not getting the data open I have scanned it it has all the properties but not showing when I open it plzzzzzz help
There can be two possible reasons behind this issue, one drive got affected by the virus which were in PC before you connected the drive another reason can be because of settings, might be the file become inaccessible due to compatibility issue with the PC.
