Wd Passport not showing in WD Smartware

Hi

My Passport external drive works great.

It shows on my mac desktop but it doesnt on the WD Smartware . I am trying to set up security for the drive and obviously need it to be seen on WD Smartware.

My HD of my Mac shows on WD Smartware but not the other drive.

Any ideas please?

I would really appreciate any help on this issue please.

At the moment its impossible for me to password protect my external HD.
