I have an Old WD Passport 1 TB (NTFS Format) . Product Number - WDBACX0010BRD-00 Serial Number - WX21A5184516. I generally use it on MAC. I am using macOS Catalina v 10.15.5 on my MAC. At the initial screen when the Drive Unlock Software comes, the software is not opening. I just need to unlock the drive first. Can somebody urgently help please
