My WB passport is password protected. This is fine on my computer. But when I connect the drive to my SmartTV using the USB, it is a problem. Do I have to remove the password protection for this to work and how do I do that? Thanks
Try posting in the TV section for more help. How is the drive formatted? Some video devices need drives to be formatted FAT32. I don’t know it the unlocker causes problems on video devices.
