Hello guys, WD 1TB suddenly stopped working. My computer page displays the drive, but when double clicked it takes hours together for the green bar to complete the scan, still no files are visible. Upon checking the Drive manager, i could see the below.
Please share your valuable advise to restore my data.
Hi, Just as a test, click on the WD Unlocker (f:) drive. See if that gives anything.
