I have to say as a UK customer I find it very unfair that we cant take advantage of any offers…I wanted a PI drive and was happy to pay but oh no I cant have it because I am of a different. dare I say “race”…this isn’t on someone address this issue please.
While I understand where you’re coming from, this is a two-way street since there are many offers that are only available to UK Customers. This is common in other online retailers as well since most offers are based on inventory and market research on regional purchase habits.

I have a recertified my cloud device on order, having been told it’s on it’s way last week, I am now told there are no stock. Ok with that but now I cant get a refund as I have been told its on order with the warehouse.45 mins on the phone and I still don’t know when I might get the item or if I am getting a refund.
