Hi, I am not sure if I am in the right forum category, but I purchased a WD SSD NVME 1TB SN550 and I plugged it into my gigabyte motherboard. I installed windows on this drive. Since then I am having a “USB 2.0-serial” device not recognized windows 10 in my device manager.
This was the only drive that I have added to my PC and I am not sure if this SSD requires a driver to be installed or no.
I have tried to update/uninstall/reinstall the “USB 2.0-serial” from my device manager, but the problem still persists.
Any advice?
