After reading up on a solution to my problems with the “wd my passport wireless pro” this product should be recalled! So many people with problems. Peoples precious memories just gone or missing. drives bought to use on vacation no longer work… so many more. These should be recalled. I had bought a new one from newegg. This would have been perfect for going on vacation for me and my videos. except the problems… it just wont work. Look on B&H photo reviews, best buy negative reviews, web forums, amazon negative reviews… I think it should be recalled to spare people from experiencing severe loss and the depression that comes with it… my 2 cents…
