WD N 900 1 TB - Issues with VOIP phone

I am using WD 900 Net router and facing issues with VOIP voice clarity from last 6 months. I tried lot of options like raising support ticket with WD and few times replaced the router but there is of no issues.

I tried with one my friends router(not WD) and verified the VOIP clarity for two days and I did not see any issue.  When i setup my WD router back issues stated. My current setup for router is below - 

  1. Disabled 5 MHZ

  2. Network Channel of wireless -11

  3. Disable Fast Track

  4. Reboot the router

Still I am facing the issues. Finally i found out that the issue is with router settings only as WD router is working fine for laptops/TV and tablets and i have issue only with VOIP.  Request you to inputs on router settings for VOIP

Try to disable the Fastrack plus option which you will see under advanced settings of the router when you go to additional features to see if this can help you out.

As mentioned in my issue I already  disabled Fastrack but still have issues
