I can access the MYCLOUD Drive using the mobile app or logging in using web browser. For a few years I have attached a passport 4Tb USB3 drive and it is fully visible using MYCLOUD or browser. Not long ago i began seeing no files found when attempting to see the passport. However when the passport is removed from the MYCLOUD drive and connected to a laptop, I see all files and it looks normal. In the main MYCLOUD dashboard, the passport can be seen connected to the MYCLOUD when clicking on the external USB setting at the top of the page the passport is found. So it appears the MYCLOUD drive is not recognizing the files on the passport any longer. Can someone please help me correct this?
