WD Mycloud EX4 coping files became very slow suddeny

Hi

I am using WD my cloud EX4 to backup the files from different servers. for 70 GB file it was taking 8 to 9 Hours to complete the backup But now suddenly for same 70 GB file it taking more then 15 Hours.

Any solution for this issue.

Have anything change on your configuration?

Is the drive wired or wireless?

Please try resetting the unit using the physical button on the back of the unit and try to copy the files again.
