WD MyCloud Cannot detect Ethernet connection

Dear members,
I cannot connect to my WD Cloud because it cannot detect Ethernet or LAN connection. I need this to solve this problem…The power always blinking yellow. Plus there’s a files stored in my WD Cloud.

@lendonbalansag Look at the following information and the User Manual for your generation of My Cloud and see if you can find a solution. In the User Manual be sure to look at LEDs and what the color of yellow represents.

@cat0w I’m just wondering, I tried to reset it but its the same problem. And also I tried reset that cannot delete the files in WD Cloud
