WD MyCloud and Plex and AppleTV config

I am configuring Plex Server on WD MyCloud Home and AppleTV 4.

There is content on the WD MyCloud in the appropriate folders. I reset the settings in the Plex Player App on the AppleTV and is recognized the MyCloud, but when I try to pin content the player says:

“no content available for this library the library is currently empty the server owner still needs to add media or remove any filters that may prevent it from appearing here please reach out to the owner for assistance”

I have read that this is a permissions issue, but I am not clear on where to check and make changes to appropriate permissions. Thanks for any guidance on this

The My Cloud Home is a completely different device than the My Cloud line. It has a different OS and different features/options than the single bay/single drive My Cloud (the subject of this subforum - My Cloud). See the dedicated subforum for the My Cloud Home.
