WD MyCloud 2TB NAS is not working properly after upgraded to OS 5

My WDMyCloud NAS with new OS 5 (upgraded) is not responding after few minutes, No FTP,SMB,SFP,NFS protocols are working and not even the web page. But it can ping continuously.

@compsecchnagar If you have OS5 now you should be posting in that sub-forum for your WD Device.

I have exactly the same issue. After a few mins device not accessible.
Did you find a solution ?

Ps. Ssh not possible as can’t open the dashboard to enable it…
