WD MyBook replacement MyCloud damaged by couriers

I received notification that my MyCloud replacement for my old MyBook had been shipped. The next information that I got (Please note) by me having to go into the UPS Tracking website, was that the shipment had been damaged in transit and was being returned to the supplier. I was then informed that instead of a replacement item being shipped, the discounted money that I had paid had been refunded. So now I have no MyCloud and no way of buying the discounted item!
I have contacted WD Support but no response yet!
If I don’t get a response soon, I suppose the next step is legal action as the new MyCloud device was to replace the faulty MyBook.
