Hey everyone I made a really big mistake while running disk defragmenter on my 4Tb My Book I pulled out the wrong USB cable by accident thinking I was grabbing another 3.0 USB and actually pulled out the WD MyBook USB out. hardrive has no power no and windows 7 wont recognize. My entire life is on this hardrive all my kids pictures and wedding pics someone help please. I tried updating the driver but says best driver installed??? ughhh
Hello, you can try using a different computer and see if that works, you could also see if a data recovery software is able to get the information out of the drive.
