I bought WD My Password drive from online and it is working good. But my problem is When I connect to USB 2 port drive is working fine and I’m able access file. Though if I connect to USB 3.0 port, drive is not getting recognised.
Note: I started to work in USB 2 compatible port in my PC. Now I tried in Lenovo IdeaPad 100 series laptop’s USB 3.0 port and it is not recognised. What I need to do?
