My niece knocked my WD Passport off the desk by accident causing it to disconnect. Now it’s not being recognized by my Mac. How do I fix that? Help please!!!
Hi, hard drives are really sensitive to physical damage, have you tried to open the Disk Utility app to see if it’s recognized there?
