so i have an WD My Passport Ultra. I dont use it that often, only for pics and videos. today i wanted to add some pics to it and like everything that was on it is gone. there is only two folders left which are the standard ones that are on there when you buy it. when i check it, it still says theres 150 GB in use, but i just cant see it.
What i tried so far:
installed new WD Security App
ran the Setup that is one of the standard things on it i can still see
tried on different computers. All WIndows
restarted computers
i really dont know anymore what to do. maybe one of you can help me?
i dont understand how it shows the basic things, but everything else is gone, but still blocking the Space. the drive is basically unusable and just because its old…
