WD My Passport Ultra is slow

I’ve got the latest 5 Tb My Passport and My Passport Ultra.

Tried both at the same PC port, USB 3.0

Both set for best performance on Windows.

My Passport transfer rate for the same file is 90 MB/s when My Passport Ultra is 42 MB/s. As the cable came with Ultra didn’t work(Windows 10 couldn’t recognize the drive) had to use another cable, which is also good quality.

What can be the issue? Is there a way to fix it?
