I purchase an external W.D MY PASSPORT ULTRA from online. Now it’s not working, when I plug the hard disk in my personal computer’s USB hub its show me " You need to format the disk before u can use it". What should i do ?

One thing that may be the problem is that the WD My Passports are not approved to be used on a USB HUB. If what you call a hub is separate from the computer and is used for other devices as well. you need to reconnect directly to the computer.
Did the Passport work at all? If you have anything backed up and you format the disk you will loose all the files and have to start over.
