I’ve had sucess with my phone, backing it up onto the wireless hard drive (Samsung device), but I am having trouble with my wife’s phone (Iphone 12). While it says it backed up photos onto the hard drive, when i plug the wireless hard drive into the computer, nothing is loading from the past two years for pictures. Need help figuring it out. Thank you.
