Hi guys, since a few days ago my WD MY Passport 1TB doesn´t recognize the password (i never changed the password since i buy it) and when i try to format the disk putting 5 times a wrong pass and clicking on the format button the software show me a message telling me that there was an error trying to format. I don´t care the info, i just want to have a usefull drive. Thanks

Try to write zeroes to the drive using DLG, then initialize, and partition it.
I try to use the DLG and other softs like Acronis but when i try to Write Zeros it says “DELETE PARTITTION ERROR”. And when i try to inicialize says “access denied”. DO you think my disk is dead? jaja Thanks btw
