Hi, I am considering purchasing a new router and I need to be able to control the bandwidth available to a couple of the devices that will connect both wirelessly and via the the ethernet ports.

Is this possible with the WD My Net N900 HD dual band?

There’s no option on the N900 to limit/control bandwidth per IP/MAC Address. There’s a QoS option of prioritizing Source/Destination Port/IP which is concurrent on-demand upstream traffic.
