WD MY CLOUD PANEL - it doesn't work

Hi. Could you please provide some indication ? It i doble clic the icon nothing happen.
Do I have to download something specific ?

P.S.: I tried to contact the telephone support for italy but there are NO NUMBERS active. All numbers indicated on the WD site seems to be incorrect !!

Double click what icon? What panel?

If one hasn’t done so one should read the My Cloud User Manual (http://www.wdc.com/wdproducts/library/?id=439&type=25) which explains how to setup the My Cloud using either the WD softaware or manually by using a web browser to access the My Cloud Dash Board.

Same problem …

There is an icon on the top of the screen of my MAC where there is a black icon - a black face.

If I click on it - it appears a WDMyCLoud menu - clicking on it appears a new menu where the 2nd choice is “panel”. It I click on it, the browser opens a new page at the address “ http://wdmycloud.local” but nothing happen.

Could you help please ?

I do not have a Mac nor do I use the WD My Cloud setup software. To access the WD My Cloud Dashboard one typically, unless they’ve change the name of their My Cloud during setup, enters one of the following into their web browser:
http://wdmycloud
http://wdmycloud.local

Or one can enter in the IP address for the My Cloud into their web browser to access the Dashboard. See the following WD Support document for more information on accessing the Dashboard:
