WD my Cloud home showing offline

My Cloud home showing offline. while on the router page it is showing in connected device and IP address. But in WD discovery app showing offline. how to access file now?

Have you looked at WD Community and My Cloud Service Status to see if there is an outage?

There is no outage. This is some technical issues and I am not able to figure out.

Start by rebooting everything, including the router, cable modem, and “mycloud”
