Hi.
I have been using WD My Cloud Home for a few weeks and I have my entire music library stored there.
It worked smoothly until today when this random error appeared.
The translation will be something like “Error when trying to copy to the disk. The required folder cannot be found”.
Any ideas here? This is so frustrating. WD My Cloud Home was unable to handle my Photos library and now is randomly crashing with the music library. It isn’t good for pictures or music, what is this device good for?
Update: If I first copy the files in the WD My Cloud Home device and then add to the Music library, it works. That’s weird, and it’s not a solution to import directly from a CD.
