Hello!
I cannot install the app on my iPhone4s (iOS7). It requires iOS8. Is there a way to use WD MyCloud Ex2 Ultra with iOS7?

Unfortunately, there is no way to install WD My Cloud app on iOS 7.

That’s sad :frowning: The doc says it supports iOS7. Is it possible to use alternative applications or any other workarounds?

Unfortunately, WD My cloud app wont allow you but you may try any other 3rd party app if there would be.
