I’ve just installed Windows 10 and since then cannot access the My Cloud using the desktop link. I tried turning the My Cloud off and on to no avail. I uninstalled the desktop link and it now won’t re-install - it gets stuck at the “checking your device” stage. In addition, the dashboard link won’t work either. I am, however, still able to see it on the network. Any ideas what the problem is??

Try to right click on the icon for the dashboard and see if you are able to change the ip to the one that is currently on the unit sometimes if the unit is reset the IP changes. If you are having trouble installing the setup software try to run it as administrator and see if this helps
