WD my cloud - can't edit delete users anymore

My Cloud OS 3 Personal & Network Attached Storage My Cloud

New installed device

created some users

created some shares

copyed data to the shares

added cloud service to the shares

created some new users but see that there are no shares created with there names.

can’t delete those or older users anymore. (error 400049)

last installed firmware is v04.00.00-607

Samba overall_share file is empty (is this normal)

Trigger a system only factory restore from the admin UI. This will reset your users and accessrights to admin user only with blank password. Shares are untouched.
