WD my cloud cannot be found on smart tv

I have recently changed wifi and the network drive cannot be found on the smart tv

What is the best way to locate drive on

There is a low blue light on the drive tower

What WD device do you own? What do you mean by you changed wi-fi? Did you change your Internet Service Provider? Do you have a new modem/router?

What have you checked on your smart TV? When I use my TV’s and look for music, video etc. they will show my network devices. For WD I have two WDMYCLOUDS, a first generation and a second generation. They are both working fine.

If your WD My Cloud device isn’t showing up on your smart TV, it could be because of several reasons: check your network connection, ensure your TV is set to discover media devices on the network, verify that the My Cloud is properly configured to share media, and make sure your TV’s media player app is accessing the right network location; if the issue persists, double-check your My Cloud device’s settings and network configuration on your computer or through the My Cloud web app.
