WD My Cloud and Norton 360 backup?

I bought a WD My Cloud 4Tb to handle a large backup of my PC. Have been using 
Norton 360 to backup to normal hardrives for years, but thought a cloud option would be useful. Everything is set up but when I went to select the WD My cloud as the backup destination, Norton can’t find it.?

Any ideas how to get Norton to find My WD cloud as a backup destination??

Do you have a User Manual for Norton? Have you checked their web site and forums, if they have one?

Remember this is the WD Community and we are talking about the WD My Cloud.

You have to create a mapped network drive for the share your want to store your backup into. Then norton360 will see the remote disk as a valid destination.
